Strings and saddle removed. Sound board glued to sides and clamped.
Clamp removed. End pin jack removed.
End pin jack refitted. Fret board masked for cleaning or levelling. Truss rod cover removed.
Fret board unmasked and lemon oiled. Saddle temporarily fitted for set up.
Truss rod cover refitted. Set up with new batteries, two machine head slip washers and new strings.
