Set Up. Fit Pick Up Assembly.

 

Set up. Fit pick up assembly.

 

Strings, saddle and machine heads removed.

 

Bridge too high.

 

Sound board masked for bridge reduction.

 

Bridge lowered. Sound board unmasked.

 

Fret board masked for cleaning or levelling.

 

Machine heads dismantled.

 

Machine heads reassembled, adjusted, lubricated and refitted. Fret board unmasked and lemon oiled.

 

Hole cut for pre amp.

 

Hole cut for jack socket and battery box.

 

Pre amp assembly with pick ups fitted. New saddle fitted. Strings temporarily fitted for set up. Nut removed.

 

Guitar set up with new strings, nut, saddle, pick up assembly, bridge pins and battery.
