New blank scratch plate masked and measured for new pick up and potentiometers.
New scratch plate cut out and unmasked. New pick up, potentiometers and capacitors fitted.
New machine head holes drilled in headstock.
Body and neck in primer.
Body and neck sprayed with colour and laquered.
Machine heads fitted.
Neck fitted to body. Scratch plate fitted.
New strap buttons and new string tree fitted. Fret board masked for cleaning or levelling.
Fret board unmasked and lemon oiled. New nut temporarily fitted.
Guitar set up with new machine heads, string tee, nut, scratch plate, pick up, bridge assembly, potentiometers, capacitor, jack plate and socket, strap buttons and strings.
