Set Up. Neck Broken Off From Body.

 

Set up. Neck broken off from body.

 

Neck, heel and body prepared.

 

Heel refitted to neck. Neck clamped and glued to body.

 

Clamps, masking and truss rod cover removed.

 

Fret board masked for cleaning or levelling. Machine heads removed.

 

Machine heads dismantled.

 

Various machine head screw holes to be plugged.

 

Fret board unmasked and lemon oiled. Machine heads reassembled, adjusted, lubricated and refitted.

 

Truss rod cover refitted. Guitar set up with new strings, saddle and bridge pins.
